Samarinda – Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani FKIP Universitas Mulawarman melaksanakan kegiatan Senam Kreasi pada Jumat, 14 Agustus 2026, mulai pukul 08.00 WITA hingga selesai. Kegiatan yang berlangsung di Aula Serbaguna Kampus Pahlawan FKIP Universitas Mulawarman ini menjadi salah satu upaya Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani dalam mengembangkan kreativitas, meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani, serta memperkuat kompetensi mahasiswa dalam bidang senam kreasi.
Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh dosen Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani, staf program studi, dua instruktur senam, serta mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani angkatan 2024, 2025, dan 2026 . Kehadiran berbagai unsur tersebut menciptakan suasana kegiatan yang aktif, interaktif, dan penuh semangat kebersamaan.
Dalam pelaksanaannya, mahasiswa mendapatkan pengalaman langsung dalam mempelajari dan mempraktikkan berbagai gerakan senam kreasi bersama instruktur. Kegiatan tidak hanya berfokus pada aktivitas fisik, tetapi juga mendorong mahasiswa untuk berani berekspresi, berinovasi, bekerja sama, serta mengembangkan kemampuan dalam menciptakan dan mengembangkan gerakan senam yang menarik dan bermanfaat.
Melalui kegiatan Senam Kreasi ini, Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani berharap mahasiswa dapat memiliki pengalaman praktis yang dapat mendukung kompetensi akademik maupun profesional mereka. Selain itu, kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menumbuhkan kesadaran akan pentingnya aktivitas fisik dan gaya hidup sehat sekaligus mempererat kebersamaan antara mahasiswa, dosen, dan tenaga kependidikan di lingkungan Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani FKIP Universitas Mulawarman.
Senam Kreasi menjadi ruang bagi mahasiswa untuk bergerak, berkreasi, belajar, dan berkembang bersama. Kegiatan ini sekaligus menjadi bagian dari komitmen Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani dalam menciptakan mahasiswa yang aktif, kreatif, bugar, dan kompeten di bidang pendidikan jasmani.
