Samarinda, 27 Juli 2026 – Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani (Penjas), Ilmu Keolahragaan (IKOR), dan Pendidikan Kepelatihan Olahraga (PKO) FKIP Universitas Mulawarman sukses menyelenggarakan kegiatan SAMBA (Sambut Mahasiswa Baru) yang berlangsung di Aula Kampus Pahlawan pada Senin, 27 Juli 2026 .
Kegiatan ini menjadi momentum awal bagi mahasiswa baru untuk mengenal lebih dekat lingkungan akademik, budaya kampus, serta civitas akademika di lingkungan Program Studi Penjas, IKOR, dan PKO. Melalui kegiatan SAMBA, diharapkan mahasiswa baru dapat beradaptasi dengan baik serta memiliki semangat untuk menjalani proses pendidikan di Universitas Mulawarman.
Acara dihadiri oleh sebagian dosen dari Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani, Ilmu Keolahragaan, dan Pendidikan Kepelatihan Olahraga. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga diikuti oleh seluruh mahasiswa baru dari ketiga program studi yang tampak antusias mengikuti setiap rangkaian kegiatan.
Dalam suasana yang hangat dan penuh kekeluargaan, para dosen memberikan sambutan, motivasi, serta pengenalan mengenai kehidupan akademik, budaya belajar di perguruan tinggi, dan pentingnya menjaga integritas serta semangat berprestasi selama menempuh pendidikan.
Melalui kegiatan SAMBA 2026, diharapkan terjalin hubungan yang baik antara dosen dan mahasiswa sejak awal perkuliahan, sekaligus membangun rasa kebersamaan dan solidaritas di lingkungan Program Studi Penjas, IKOR, dan PKO FKIP Universitas Mulawarman.
