Tenggarong – Universitas Mulawarman melalui Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) meluncurkan Website DEBORA (Desa Bina Olahraga) , sebuah platform digital yang mengintegrasikan data pembinaan olahraga desa dalam satu sistem berbasis teknologi. Peluncuran dan implementasi dilakukan di Desa Manunggal Jaya, Kecamatan Tenggarong Seberang, Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara .
Kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh Camat Tenggarong Seberang, perwakilan Dispora Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara, pemerintah desa, Karang Taruna, serta tokoh masyarakat. Sebelumnya, peserta juga mengikuti pelatihan penggunaan alat tes dan pengukuran kondisi fisik olahraga.
Ketua Tim PKM, Muhammad Sukron Fauzi, S.Pd., M.Pd. , menjelaskan bahwa Website DEBORA hadir sebagai solusi pembinaan olahraga berbasis data di era digital. Platform ini menyediakan fitur pendataan atlet, pelatih, hasil tes kondisi fisik, sarana dan prasarana olahraga, kalender kegiatan, hingga laporan perkembangan pembinaan yang dapat diakses secara real time.
Program ini merupakan hasil kolaborasi tim dosen Universitas Mulawarman bersama mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani FKIP Unmul. Pengembangan Website DEBORA merupakan bagian dari Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang didanai melalui Hibah BIMA Tahun Anggaran 2026 dari Direktorat Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (DPPM), Kementerian Pendidikan Tinggi, Sains, dan Teknologi.
Melalui inovasi ini, Universitas Mulawarman berharap semakin banyak desa di Kalimantan Timur mampu mengembangkan pembinaan olahraga berbasis teknologi guna mewujudkan ekosistem sport digital yang modern, inklusif, dan berkelanjutan.
